Mortgage Checklist:

Listed below are the items that will be needed to fully process your mortgage or loan. Please note that many of our loan programs do not require all the items listed below, this checklist is provided as a list of items that may be needed in a traditional loan situation.

• Two most recent pay stubs.
• W-2's Forms for last 2 years
• Social Security Cards
• Drivers License or Picture IDs
• Bank statements for all checking, savings and/or investment accounts 
  (2 most recent)
• Divorce decrees (if any).
• Documents showing other real estate owned and loan information on same.
• Certificate of Eligibility or DD214's on VA mortgages 
  (not required for VA-Owned properties)

For self-employed only:

• Tax returns and schedules for last 2 years and Year-to-date profit and loss statement
• All items listed above.

For commissioned sales people only:

• Tax returns and schedules for past 2 years Year-to-date profit and loss statement Most recent 1099 or W-2 statement
• All items listed above.
