solutions. Aging populations and growing pressures on employer
and government retirement programs increase the need for
innovative solutions for protection, savings, and retirement
income needs. At the same time, retirement population growth
creates a strong demand for home ownership solutions and the
ability to age in their homes.
We have leadership
positions in reverse mortgage product segments that benefit
greatly from these trends. The distribution network for our
products and services includes non-FHA mortgage brokers, banks
and credit unions.
Position
Description:
Facilitate and generate leads of reverse mortgage products
through our Wholesale Channel by building and supporting
effective relationships with mortgage brokers, banks and credit
unions focusing on the New England market assigned.
The individual will be available to communicate:
· New product offerings
· Sales ideas
· Campaigns
As well as:
· Order and fulfill sales materials,
· Problem resolution
· And illustrate product performance (sales software).
Moreover, the wholesaler will proactively utilize sales training
to prospect and identify lender’s needs and opportunities to
increase production. The wholesaler will consult at the lead
generation level on product details and solution, assist lender
in basic product questions and problem resolution.
Basic Candidate Qualifications:
College degree and / or relevant sales experience (5-10 years).
Direct wholesale sales experience.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Effective listening, sales and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to communicate and develop relationships with non FHA
mortgage brokers, banks and credit unions.
